Frances Lowe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lowe (Dorchester, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Harris and Susan Harris; her spouse Carter Lowe; her children, Arthur and Lorna Lowe; and her grandchildren, Zion Lowe and Sophie Streeter. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces nephews, treasured students and friends.
Per current COVID guidelines, wake and funeral services will be held at 10AM and 11AM on Thursday, January 14 at Riley-Antoine Funeral Home, 171 Humboldt Avenue, Dorchester and also on Zoom.
