He is survived by: his wife Krystyna; his children, Richard (Pamela) of Rockland, MA, Andrew of Saint Petersburg, Irene Of Saint Petersburg and Thomas (Anette) of Peoria, AZ.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Katherine, Lauren, Kaden and Kayla; and his sibling Henryk Kosinski of Poland.
