With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn Thompson of Dorchester, Massachusetts, born in Kingston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Percival Buchanan and Josephine Smith; her husband Elroy Thompson; her children, Devon Bennett and Toy Bennett; and her brother Trevor Morris.

She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Bennett, Rosemarie Thompson, Sonia Smith and George Thompson (Lorna).

Masks must be worn and social distancing observed in the funeral home and church.
