She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen A. Butkus; and her sister Julie Auskelis. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Butkus (Maureen) of Whitman and Stephen R. Butkus (Page Palmer) of Sudbury; her grandchildren, Susan Pike, Deborah Butkus, Peter Butkus and Laura Schwartz; and her brother Edward Petrauskas. She is also survived by greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Helen to the Perkins School for the Blind.
