He was predeceased by: his wife Yourland Eunice Miller; his brother John Hay; his daughter Claudia G. De Pass; his stepchildren, Yvonne Anglin, Jennifer Dunn and Nigel Dunn; and his granddaughter Janine King.
He is survived by: his children, Errol De Pass Sr. (Debra), Neville De Pass Sr. (Maria), Neil De Pass (Nicholia Green), Orlando De Pass (Stacey) and Barbara De Pass-Knauss (Timothy Knauss); and his stepchildren, Randall Dunn (Elizabeth) and Deborah Street.
