He is survived by: his children, John F. Cox, Jr. (Janet) of Franklin, Mary C. Becker (Paul) of Marstons Mills, Christine A. Cox of Hanover and Joseph W. Cox of Braintree; and his sister Virginia Cox (Gini) of Braintree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
