He was predeceased by: his child Patricia Madden; his parent John S. Madden; and also Kathleen J. Madden (Porter). He is survived by: his children, Kathy White of Wisconsin, Robert Madden of Hingham, David Madden of Florida, John Madden of Hull, Michael Madden of Swansea, Anthony Madden of Swansea and Sheila Madden; his parent Catherine A. Madden (Dolan); and his siblings, William (Diane Madden) of Dorchester, Lawrence Madden of Dorchester, Francis (Mazie Madden) of Canton and Charles (Patricia Madden) of Quincy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
