She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Helen, Walter Sorocky, Hazel and Peter Sherlock; and her uncle Peter Sherlock.
She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Sherlock and Joan Sherlock; her children, Tyler, Jenna and Joshua; her grandson Ethan; her husband Edson Policarpo; her sister Tracy Ferreira (Fabricio); her siblings' children, Jordan, Yasmin and Brianna of Brockton; her sister Caitlyn Allison; and her children, Devon and Lily. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
