She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Sorensen and Maureen M. Sorensen (O'Connor). She is survived by: her son Dennis C. Shipley of Dorchester; the father of her child Dennis A. Shipley of Brockton; her fiancé John A. Droz of Dorchester; and her siblings, Mary Sorensen of Florida, Christopher Sorensen of Charlestown and Patricia Sorensen of Dorchester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
