McCarthy; his children, Michael McCarthy (Dawn Marie) of Salem, NH and Kristen Portillo (Jonathan) of Salem, NH; and his siblings, Timothy, Robert, Cathy and John McCarthy. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren who renewed his faith in all that is good in the world, Vincent and Salvatore McCarthy and Alan, Jacob, Hannah and Jonathan Portillo and several nieces and nephews.
