It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Beasley of Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Charles Wayne, Sr. and Ethel Jeannette Wayne of Boston, Massachusetts.; her siblings, Lucille Wayne Harris, Doris Wayne Tatum and Walter Wayne, Jr.; her children, Rodney Walker (Bernice) of Dorchester, MA, Rondell Walker (Deborah) of New City, NY, Rev. Charmayne Cooke of Dorchester, MA, Janice Beasley Riley of Virginia and Darryl Beasley of Boston, MA; her grandchildren, Brian Walker, Dr. Joyce Highhouse, Angela Hyman, Akiko Riley, Nadra Walker and Dezvray Beasley; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Kirsten, Jordan, Gia, Azaria, Natalia, Amiyah, Elias, Caleb, Leilani and Cayden.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel J. Walker; and her brother-in-law Phillip Tatum. She is also survived by her parents, church community, and extended family.
