He is survived by: his mother Ormelie Opont Geneus Postell; his daughter Rodiane Ormelie Geneus; his wife Gisele Derosena Geneus; his stepdaughters, Sherley and Judy Derosena; his siblings, Marie Alourde Geneus, Therese Geneus Laforest, Jean Victor Geneus, Marcel Geneus, Jacques Geneus and Philippe Geneus; his half-brother Antoine Joseph (Toto); his siblings' children, Michaelle Erika Laforest Desir, Stephanie Geneus, Olivia Geneus, Gregory Geneus, Stanley Geneus, Alex Laforest, Carl Andrew Geneus, Vladimir Jacques Geneus, Karl Victor Geneus and Christian Jacques Geneus; his siblings-in-law, Jean Eric Laforest, Rose-Marie Conserve Geneus, Chantal Mirville Geneus and Carmelle Bonhometre; his cousins, Shirley Rigaud and Immacula Desrosiers; Robert Opont.
