It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raheem Jabbar Baraka (Dorchester, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Ysabel Alcantara Baraka; his children, Ayla Baraka of Hyde Park, Isaiah and Maya Baraka; his parent Cerci Hernandez of Brockton; and his siblings, Jonathan Kale and Salaam Hernandez. He is also survived by extended family and a host of friends.
