He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Early and John Early; his wife Sarah Josephine Earley (Cooke); his brother John Early of Medway; and his close friend Marilyn Stanton of Waltham.

He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie Taylor (Earley) of County Leitrim and Michael Earley of County Leitrim, Ireland.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
