He is survived by: his children, Brenda Blount (Richard), Linda Williams (Thomas), Zack Whitlow, Jr. (Iseala), Patricia Whitlow, Vincent Whitlow (Antoinette) and Christopher Whitlow; his brother William Whitlow; and his daughter-in-law Brenda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
