He was predeceased by: his son David McNelly; and his siblings, John McNelly, Merrill McNelly, George McNelly, Charlie McNelly and Mary Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Norma B. McNelly (Ludvigson); his children, Clyde "Duane" McNelly of Douglas, Ronald McNelly (Nancy) of Uxbridge, Timothy McNelly of Douglas, Karen McNelly of Douglas, Kimberly Carroll (Stephen) of Douglas and Jaime McNelly; his sister Eileen McNelly of Northbridge; and his parents, John McNelly and Agnes McNelly (Thompson). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great- grandchildren.
