Poulin Jr. of Douglas, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Surprenant (Michael Radzik) of Brookfield and David G. Poulin Sr. (Maggy) of Northbridge; his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Owen, Ashley and Amber; and his friend Stephen Voter. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
