She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willis and Regina Provost (Gibeault). She is survived by: her husband Douglas S. Blackmer; her children, Craig Costa (Michelle) of Dacula, GA, Gary Costa (Donna Jacques) of Southbridge, MA, Todd Costa (Darcy) of Dudley, MA, Steve Blackmer (Lisa) of Bourne, MA, Allison Silvestri of Sturbridge, MA, Darcy Blackmer (Todd) of Dudley, MA and Rebecca Polenski (Greg) of Uxbridge; her sister Shirley Pearson of Lincolnton, NC; her grandchildren, Courtney Costa, Camden Costa, Caitlyn Costa, Ryan Costa (Kaleigh), Emily Costa, Aaron Proulx, Joshua Proulx, Lachelle Silvestri, Nicole Blackmer and Meghan Blackmer; and her sibling's children, Molly O'Brien, Elizabeth Lagueux, Kara Clardy and Kyle Pearson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Pauline's memory to the American Cancer Society as she was a two-time cancer survivor.
