He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Ofcarcik and Mary Ofcarcik (Gurovic). He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Ofcarcik (Lee); his children, Sharon M. Ofcarcik of Douglas, Karen L. Heredia (Gustavo) of Miami, FL, Susan J. Richard (Brian) of Uxbridge and Richard J. Ofcarcik (Kathryn) of Chester, NH; his grandchildren, Mathew Ofcarcik (Ashley Mongeon), Devan Rock, Jeffrey Richard (Sarah) and Katelyn Audet; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Logan, Zelda, Charlotte and Georgia; his brother Francis "Jack" Ofcarcik (Marcia) of Auburn; and his sister-in-law Judith Ofcarcik of Cumberland, RI. He is also survived by many cousins in Slovakia, and several nieces and nephews.
