Norman Plourde Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Plourde of Dracut, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Plourde and Laura M. Plourde (Patenaude); his sister Therese Sawyer; and his sister-in-law Estelle Ducharme. He is survived by: his wife Claire Plourde (Ouellette); his children, David N. Plourde (Priscilla A.) and Suzanne G. Connors; his granddaughter Kristina B. Virella (Towee Virella) of Pelham, NH; his great grandchildren, Anthony M. Virella of Lowell, Erika S. Virella of Pelham, NH and Aidan L. Virella of Pelham, NH; his great great grandchild Michael J. Virella of Lowell; his brother-in-law Roland J. Ouellette; his daughter-in-law Suzan Costa (Thivierge) of Lowell; his friend Thomas Lippe of Lowell; his siblings, Gloria Hamel, Robert Plourde, Maurice "Moe" Plourde, Charles Plourde and Roger Plourde; his sister-in-law Rita Netto; and also Charles "Chuck" Monoxelos of Litchfield, NH. He is also survived by his children, granddaughter and great-grandchildren.
A walk-through visitation with social distancing, face coverings and limited family contact will be held at the MORSE-BAYLISS FUNERAL HOME, 122 Princeton Boulevard, Lowell, on SUNDAY, January 17, 2021, from 1 to 4 p. m.
