He was predeceased by: his wife Grace E. Silvio (Wilder); and his parents, Salvatore Silvio and Teresa Silvio (Landry). He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Chase (David) of Plymouth, Beth Sloan (Donny) of Acton and Tina Caruso of Dunstable; his grandchildren, Nicholas Chase, Derek Chase (Adasha Sage), Sarah Chase (Mike Gormley), Patrick Sloan, Jenny Sloan (Brendan O'Brien), Andrew Sloan, Alex Caruso, Mariah Caruso (Devon Wagner) and Jillian Caruso; his great grandchildren, Andi Lynn Weir, Hunter, Mason Chase, Grace Gormley, Skylar Chase and Bennett O'Brien; his close friend Nancy Tumber; his sisters, Diane Krug (Richard) of Acton and Mary Lou Finan (late David) of Littleton; and his son Donald Palma of Concord. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
