He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Leary. He is survived by: his mother Jocelyne Leary (Cardinal) of Duxbury; his children, Alexander Leary and Jenna Leary of Illinois; his significant other Valerie Ashton; and his siblings, Evelyn Cross (Philip) of Cape Neddick, ME, Lisa Gertz of Londonderry, NH and James Leary of Duxbury.
