She was predeceased by: her husband John Carey; her son Doug Carey; and her brothers, Paul and Bob Douglass. She is survived by: her children, Jay Carey (Cindy), Sandy Kendrick (Lee) and Brian Carey (Cindi); her grandchildren, Kristen, David, Kelly, Lauren, Katie, Danielle, Stephanie, Tyler, Joey, Alex and Mitch; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Avery, Ellie, Quinn, Josie, Oliver and Baby K. Loving; and her sisters, Ruth Meucci of Sandwich, Donna Sassone of Pocasset and Marilyn Archibald of Sandwich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Bridgewater (98 Bedford St, Bridgewater, MA 02324). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
