He was predeceased by: his wife Kitty E. Campbell (Evans); his parents, Byron A. Campbell and Mamie Campbell (Grady); his son Richard Campbell; and his sister Hester MacIntosh.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Foster (Robert W. "Bob") of West Roxbury and Susan DeMasi (Robert) of Danville, VA.; and his siblings, Ruby Ingalls, Arthur Campbell and Kenneth Campbell. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Byron's memory may be sent to St. Joseph Manor, Attn.
