He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Skivington and Dorothea M. Skivington (Kelley). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia L. Mullinix (Samuel) of Kentucky, Carol A. Reed (Roy) of Norton, Joan M. Skivington of Attleboro and Thomas E. Skivington of Attleboro. He is also survived by several nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
