She is survived by: her children, Col. Shawn Burns U. S. M. and Sheila Canning (Joseph Canning); her friend Jane Ellen Crapo; her children, Kevin T. Burns (Robin Burns) and Mary-Beth Pierce (Kevin Pierce); and her great grandchildren, Cpt. Brendan U. S. M., Katie Burns, Colleen Canning, Patrick Canning, Sean Canning, Kevin D. Burns, Adam Burns, John, Caitlin Pierce and Isabella Burns. She is also survived by grandchildren.
