He was predeceased by: his spouse Alma M. Jezard (Perkins); his parent Samuel G.; and his sibling Jack Jezard. He is survived by: his parent Lilias Jezard (Forbes); his sons, Jeff Jezard (Lisa) of Easton, Scott H. Jezard of Easton and Gregory Jezard (Cynthia Slattery) of Norton; his siblings, Gordon Jezard of Brockton, Mary Crosier of Scituate and Ann Bennett of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Michael, Elizabeth, Madeline, Kevin and Ross; and his sibling Dorothy Howland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
