He is survived by: his father Joseph Lombardi; his wife Ellen of Easton; his mother Pamela Rodrigues (Rosenblatt); his siblings, Deanna Lombardi and Olivia Lombardi; his stepsiblings, Kyle Mosley and Rachyl Mosley; and his grandparents, Frayda Rosenblatt of Stoughton, William Lombardi and Eileen Lombardi of Dedham. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Nicholas's name to the Boston Childrens Hospital Trust, 401 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02115.
