She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick C. Petrovits and Hilda Petrovits (Constable); and her former husband Edward Bush, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David Addazio; her sister Jan Primini; her brother-in-law Stephen Addazio (Kathy); and her sibling's children, Danielle Morin (Jamie Cross), Nicole Addazio (Bill Chapman), Jessica Kirk (Tyler) and Louie Addazio (Courtney). She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
