She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick C. Petrovits and Hilda Petrovits (Constable); and her former life partner Edward Bush, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband David Addazio; her sister Jan Primini; her brother-in-law Stephen Addazio (Kathy); her nieces, Danielle Morin (Jamie Cross), Nicole Addazio (Bill Chapman) and Jessica Kirk (Tyler); and her nephew Louie Addazio (Courtney). She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
