Manzella (Nathan) of Worcester, Colby Chapman, Courtney Shoemaker (Kyle), Caitlin Selkis (Ryan) and Patrick Burr; and his great grandchildren, Max, Beckett Shoemaker, Alex Manzella of Worcester, Anthony Adam "Boomer" Chapman Jr., Rhett and Nathanael Selkis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
