We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2021, at the age of 93, Grace M. (Selvitella) Ferreira of Everett, Massachusetts, born in East Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adeline Selvitella and Jim Selvitella; her siblings, Frankie, Joanne and Rita; and her husband William Ferreira.
She is survived by: her child Grace-Marie; her friends, Joe, Ginny Cody, Stan and Erline Robinson; her sister Jeannie; her nephew Ed; her grandchildren, Jessie, Jake, Paul, Luke, Devin and Keeshawn; her children, Emily, Elizabeth, Atticus, Keenan, Jeff (Sharon), Eric and Megan; her close friends, Pam, Peggy, Roland, Ellie, Carol, Artie, Mattie and Sharon; her children, William Ferreira (Andrea), Andrea, Adele Ferreira of Gloucester, Paul Ferreira (Kathy), Kathy, Edward Ferreira (Patty), Patty, Grace M. Ferreira (Alaska Grace), Jim Hage of Alaska, Jeffrey Ferreira and Sharon of Ipswich; her siblings, James Selvitella of Medford and Jeanne Abbott of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Emily, Elizabeth, Atticus, Keenan, Jesse, Jacob, Eric and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Scout, Olli, Sloan, Rowen and Ellie.
She met with her brother Jimmy and sister Jeannie at least weekly (as allowed by Covid rules) and no siblings could be more loving and supportive than they were.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Grace's name made be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St. Danvers, MA 01923.
