It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Normand Picard (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 4, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Martha C. Picard (Houde); his grandchild Angelique Swauger; his sibling Rita Rondeau; and his parent Arthur Picard. He is survived by: his children, Adelard "Del" Picard, Sr (Margaret) of Westport, Gertrude Picard, Julie Picard and Virginia Swauger (Michael) of Westport; his grandchildren, Adelard "Del" Picard, Jr, Jeffrey Swauger Sr, Gerard Picard, Monique Swauger, Nicole Picard and Jason Swauger; his siblings, Alexander Picard of Washington, Lucille St, Lucien Picard, Leola Gadbois of Fairhaven, Claire Lagesse, Alice Brodeur, Ernest, Aldege, Bertha, Albert and Gerard Picard; and his parent Rose Alba Picard (Cote). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
