It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Asterio G. De Melo (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 5, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Manuel Melo. He is survived by: his spouse Delmira De Melo (Teves); his parent Maria Melo; his children, Carla P. Melo of Fall River, Paulo Melo of Fall River, Ricardo Melo of Fall River, Azores Melo of Fall River and Silvio Melo (Liliana) of Fall River; his siblings, Dalia Matos, Venilde Correia and Manuel Ventura of St. Michael; and also, Carmo De Melo (Ventura) and Azores. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
