She is survived by: her children, Karen Costa (David) of Somerset and Dennis; her grandchildren, Valerie Costa, Kathleen Kuhn (John), Jessica Carvalho (Kenneth), Kathryn Gaspar (Carlos), Erin De Leon (Jeffrey) and Carolyn O'Neil; her great grandchildren, Jacob Biello, Sarah Renovato, Frederick Renovato, Logan Gaspar, Brady Gaspar and Zachary W. Carvalho; her brother Leo Callahan of New York; her parent Leah Callahan (Sanspitie); and her sister Marie Regina.
