She is survived by: her parent Alexandrine Dupuis (Guilmette); her children, Theresa Levell of Pepperell, Patricia Thornton (Walter) of Somerset, Carol Frazier of Fall River, Ronald Affonso (Joan) of Clearwater, FL and Alvaro Affonso of Dighton; and her siblings, Irene Joseph, Ernest Dupuis, Albert Sallar and Raymond Sallar. She is also survived by two grandchildren; many great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
