He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Edwarda Margaret Fournier of Fall River, Alvaro Eduardo Costa of Tiverton, Mario H. Costa (Susan) of Warren, RI, Jeffrey Costa (Flo) of Assonet, Kimberly Brant (Travis) of Fort Worth and Almerinda "Connie" Costa Mello; his grandchildren, Stephanie Harris, Tabitha Harris, Shawna Fournier, Sara Fournier, Seth Mello, Mason Brant, Preston Brant, Tylar Costa and Logenn Costa; his siblings, Maria Brilhante of Fall River, Angie Frias of Fall River, Helen Furtado of Fall River, Antonio Costa and Leonel Crancha; and his parents, Antonio Costa and Maria Costa (Pacheco).
