He was predeceased by: his spouse Jeanne Saab (Wernik); his parent Elias Saab; and his sibling Rose Ayoub. He is survived by: his parent Mary Saab (Azar); his children, Ernest E. Saab, Jr. of Dallas, Susan J. McHenry, Jeanne Saab Silva of Swansea and Elizabeth S. Lerner (Scott) of Hopedale, MA.; his grandchildren, Michael McHenry, Courtney McHenry, Jordan Silva (Megan), Lindsay Bunn (Lee), Katy Anguiano (Missael) and Evan Lerner; his great grandchildren, Chad, Austin, Landon, Mason, McKenna and Madisyn; and his siblings, William Saab, Victoria Howayeck, Helen Nahas, Adele Beshara and Evelyn McAdams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
