She is survived by: her children, Nancy Tavares of Westport, Robert Tavares (Renae), Richard Tavares (Sonia) of Lakeville and George Tavares (Karen) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Brendon, Gianna, Sydney, Addison, Greyson, Emerson, Jared and Justin; and her siblings, Honorina Arruda of Fall River, Celestina DeSilva of Bermuda, Odilia Botelho of Fall River, Victor Ambrosio of Canada, Maria Jose Amaral, Joventina Sousa, Irene Pimental and Jeremias Garcia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
