She was predeceased by: her spouse Wilfred A. Picard; her sibling Gilberte Nichols; and her parent Adelard Fournier. She is survived by: her children, Christine Belanger, Ronald Picard (Helen Pereira) and Roland Picard (Nicole Tolentino); her granddaughters, Stefanie Picard and Jennifer Wiencek; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Rezendes, Jonathan Rezendes and Myles Wiencek; and her parent Yvonne Fournier (Patry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
