He is survived by: his children, Ian Andrew Tompkins (Cassandra), Julianne Elizabeth Tompkins and Eric Tompkins (Liliana); his former wife Kathleen Tompkins (O'Melia); his granddaughter Cornetta Hope Tompkins; and his siblings, Ralph H. Tompkins (Cathy) and Jane E. Clinch.
