He was predeceased by: his sibling Paula Binette; and his parent James Cleary. He is survived by: his spouse Cindy Cleary (Costa); his children, Jennifer Martins (Marco) of Fall River and Joseph Cleary (January) of Fall River; his grandchildren, Michael Martins, Michaela Martins and Autumn Cleary; his great grandchild Michael Martins, Jr; his siblings, James Cleary (Vivian), Maureen Andrade (Tony), Agatha "Fran" Beaulieu (Doug) of Westport, Eileen Paul (Jim) of Fall River and Frank "Butch" Cleary; and his parent Pauline Cleary (Stevens). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
