He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. and Carmen Ponte (Rioux); and his sibling John Edward Ponte III. He is survived by: his brother Clifford A. Ponte (Denise); his nephews, Clifford Ponte II of Fall River and Timothy Ponte of Fall River; and his aunt Florence Brodeur of Tiverton.
