He was predeceased by: his parent James F. Quinn. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth "Syl" Sylvia Quinn (Davis); his parent Elizabeth A. Quinn (Kelsall); his child Stephen L. Quinn; and his siblings, Daniel Quinn of Lake Wales, FL and Kathleen Quinn of Atmore, AL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
