He was predeceased by: his spouse Irene Soares (Arruda); his parent John Soares; and his sibling Joseph Medeiros. He is survived by: his daughter Irene T. Barros-Baer (Doug) of Fall River; his grandchildren, Lauren Iadonisi, James Moore of Somerset and Kristopher Barros (Amiee) of Bristol, RI; his great grandchildren, Marah Iadonisi, Aveah Iadonisi, Meaghan, Kaitlyn, Marissa and Kaden Barros; his sister Emily Pacheco of Fall River; his parent Capitulina Soares (Pereira); and his sibling John Soares. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
