He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. and Marie L. Provenzano (Colletti); his wife Darlene C. Provenzano (Olson); and his daughter Deidra M. Stone. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Provenzano (Cartier); his former wife Patricia Repass (Rogers); his children, Jacqueline J. Provenzano Jones (Philip), Anthony Carosella (Virginia), Loren Carosella-Provenzano and Jason Provenzano; his grandchildren, Danielle Stone and Mason Carosella; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Cartier (Lisa Gochnour); and also Patricia Stella.
