She was predeceased by: her sibling Alvaro Medeiros; and her parent Jose Medeiros. She is survived by: her children, Lucie Batista (Mario), Elizabeth Medeiros and Carlos Medeiros; her grandchildren, Eric Batista, Wesley Batista, Amanda Lynn Medeiros, Carlos Araujo, Tiffany Silva and Ivory O'Connor; her sibling Jose Medeiros; and her parent Lia Medeiros (Pereira). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
