It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel Tavares Jr. (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel J. B. Tavares and Margarida Tavares (Bettencourt). He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Tavares (Nourse); the fathers of children, Ronald, Joshua and Adam; his daughters, Rachel Pacheco, Rebecca Rezendes and Sarah Darrow; his grandchildren, Noah, Jonah, Ethan, Andrew, Olivia, Chloe, Lauren, Zachary, Auden and Mae; and his sisters, Constance Voas and Laura Bomback. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that.
