She was predeceased by: her sibling Oswald DeMello; and also, Alcindo Medeiros and Robert P. Vaillancourt. She is survived by: her children, Ronald "Rocky" Medeiros of Fall River, Thelma Medeiros of Fall River and Jacqueline Aguiar (John) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Juliannah Medeiros, Jonathan Aguiar, Jordan Aguiar, Natashia Mello, Jocelyn Mello and Jared Costa; her great grandchildren, Autumn Aguiar, Bryson Aguiar and Giavera Santos; her stepchildren, Robert Vaillancourt, Renee Sherburne and Michael Vaillancourt; and her sibling Manuel DeMello.
