It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mariana Gouveia (Fall River, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Joao Arruda; and her sibling Maria Soares. She is survived by: her parent Maria Carvalho Arruda (Arruda); her sons, Joao Francisco Gouveia of Westport, Fernando M. Gouveia of Middleboro and Jose M. Gouveia of Fall River; and her siblings, Joao Carvalho, Francisco Carvalho, Antonio Carvalho, Miguel Carvalho and Jose Carvalho. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
