She was predeceased by: her sibling Roger Chouinard; and her parents, Jean Baptiste and Adrienne Chouinard (Michaud). She is survived by: her children, Natalie Letendre (Peter) of Portsmouth and David Ferreira (Nancy) of Swansea; her grandchildren, Peter Letendre (Nicole), Melissa Chester-Letendre (Jessica), Jill Kenney (Nicholas), Jessica Goulet (Cory) and Frank Ferreira; and her siblings, Joseph Harvey Chouinard of Fall River, Ronald Paul Chouinard, Jeannette Meade and Marie Lorraine Guinen. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
